The iDEX's model: IX4276-PC consists of the most advanced high-definition color flat screen plasma
PC video TV display along with a fully integrated extremely powerful high performance computer. This All-in-one sleek design is a Turn-key total solution for a myriad of applications.
The IX4276-PC displays has the most advance video processing electronics that can both de-interlacing and scale and enhance any image and achieves a high brightness of 1000 cd/m2 and a contrast ratio of over 2500:1. By utilizing this advanced electronics the IX4276-PC plasma displays can display higher quality images for digital signage applications than any other display of its kind. These displays also support advance TV's picture in picture and picture by/on picture for displaying multiple high resolution images at one time.
The iDEX PC plasma has connectors for user interface peripherals such as wireless PC keyboard with pointing devices as well as a network interface that enable it to be connected to standard computer networking equipment. The IX4276-PC is configured with four Universal Serial Bus connectors, an internal hard disk drive with Hard Disk enclosure and user accessible DVD disk player. The PC plasma utilizes mounting technique allows the overall depth of the PC plasma to remain slightly more than 4 inches while still allowing for additional options produced by incorporating various standard PC cards.
iDEX plasma display utilizes industry standard PC components contained with the cabinetry of the unit to create a standalone total upgradeable computer which can be used for multitude of different applications. It is a PC-compatible device for high definition XGA* display and features a high definition performance. The IX4276-PC can also be completely controlled through the network interface making the system perfect for applications such as digital signage, information displays and kiosks.
